Before working with Deb, I struggled with navigating complex team dynamics and managing communication gaps. These challenges often led to frustration as I found it difficult to align my team’s goals and keep everyone on the same page.
The lack of clarity and collaboration made it hard to achieve our objectives, which caused stress and uncertainty within the team. As a result, productivity suffered, and I felt a growing need for effective strategies to improve our operations and team cohesion.
I had participated in a coaching series through Leadership Incubator via United Way. With my extensive experience in managing large and complex organizations, I initially thought the program wasn’t right for me, especially since many of the participants were younger and less experienced leaders. Because of this, I decided to work privately with Deb and found her to be an exceptional coach and confidant. Deb effectively challenged me to explore new perspectives, and the experience was so positive that I extended her coaching services to my leadership team and hired her to facilitate our upcoming Strategic Planning session.
Working with Deb gave me the guidance and support I needed to tackle these challenges head-on. I’ve developed clearer communication strategies and fostered a culture of collaboration. The results have been transformative; my team is now more unified, productive, and engaged.
