What is 1:1 Coaching All About?
One on One coaching provides an opportunity for leaders to receive personalized support and guidance from an experienced coach who understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced by nonprofit organizations.
This level of individual attention and feedback can be invaluable in helping leaders identify and address their specific areas of improvement, and can help them make significant progress towards achieving their goals.
FAQs about 1:1 Coaching
-
We use Zoom to meet virtually. All of your calls will be recorded so you can even refer back to them if you’d like!
-
You’ll receive one 60-minute coaching call per quarter, so total you will get four 1:1 coaching calls.
-
1:1 coaching on a quarterly basis ensures that leaders have regular opportunities to reflect on their progress, assess their growth, and adjust their strategies as needed.
This helps to keep leaders focused and accountable, and ensures that they are consistently moving forward and making progress towards their goals.
What are the Q&A Calls About?
Monthly Q&A calls provide an opportunity for leaders to connect with one another, share their experiences, and learn from each other. During the calls, participants have the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and share their successes and challenges with the group.
Group coaching and connection is particularly important for nonprofit leaders because it can be a lonely and isolating role. Often, leaders are so focused on their organization's mission and goals that they may not have regular opportunities to connect with peers who share their experiences and challenges.
FAQs about Q&A Calls
-
By participating in group coaching and connection, nonprofit leaders can build a supportive community of peers who understand their unique experiences and can provide encouragement, advice, and feedback. This can help leaders feel less isolated and more connected to the larger nonprofit community, which can be incredibly valuable for their personal and professional growth.
