What is Merit?

Merit is an anytime, anywhere microlearning platform just for nonprofits. Merit offers learners 28 learning paths, 84 badges to earn, interactive private workbooks, personal learning paths, an online community, and tons of support.

Merit draws upon the capacity areas measured by the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool and the competencies included within the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Skills Matrix.

Who is Merit For?

Learners on Merit come from nonprofits ranging in size from 7 to 570 team members, hold all types of roles, and include part-timers, full- timers, newbies, and seasoned leaders.

Why Merit?

Merit builds capacity in every team member every day in a way that is budget- and time-sensitive, freeing up critical leadership bandwidth for strategic thinking and organizational resources for expanding mission delivery.

Team Reporting

Merit captures and reports out learners progress, including what each team member is working on and the progress they’ve made.
