I know life feels heavy sometimes. Stress, anxiety, uncertainty—they’ve been unwelcome companions for many of us lately. But here’s what I want you to know: you’re not alone in this. You are seen. You are heard.

This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Let’s step into it, one moment at a time. Are you ready?

For Nonprofit Leaders:

Registration for the Nonprofit Mastermind Learning Cohort is Now Open

The Think Good Coaching and Consulting Company has supported dozens of nonprofit organizations. What I've learned is the “secret sauce”to leadership isn’t magic—it’s about mastering core leadership skills and quieting your inner critic.

Here’s the reality for many nonprofit leaders:

You’ve lost your direction. Decision fatigue has clouded your vision and values, making it harder to lead with clarity.

Your team is stretched thin. You’ve poured all your energy into serving clients, leaving little for yourself or your team.

You’re stuck in a loop. Like a Rubik’s Cube, you can solve parts of the puzzle, but aligning everything feels impossible.

Your confidence has taken a hit. The past few years have left you unsure of how to regain momentum.

Leadership feels lonely. You’re navigating challenges without a map or support system.

The good news? Success and joy as a nonprofit leader are possible. It’s about building the right mix of confidence and skills.

Imagine this...a year from now, you trust yourself completely. You have the skills, clarity, and confidence to amplify your organization’s impact.

That’s the transformation the Nonprofit Leader Mastermind can offer.

The program includes:

  • Monthly Group Q\&A Calls: Interactive Zoom sessions with me to ask questions, share challenges, and learn from others.

  • Mighty Community Network: A cohort of like-minded leaders to exchange ideas, share wins, and build meaningful connections.

Leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. You have the potential to lead boldly and confidently. Let us help you unlock that potential. Join the Nonprofit Leader Mastermind today and take the first step toward becoming the leader your organization—and you—deserve.

For Women: Registration for The Spring Think Courageously Retreat Closes May 1

Picture this: a circle of women coming together to share, listen, and grow.

We’ll dive into topics that matter—like quieting self-doubt and tackling imposter syndrome. Inspired by Mel Robbins’ book “Let Them,” we’ll explore what it means to let go and set boundaries that protect and empower you.

Growth doesn’t have to be so serious. We’ll spark joy with an uplifting activity to boost our energy. It’s about connection, not isolation. Support, not judgment. Vibrancy, not fear.

This isn’t just another retreat—it’s your chance to step into your power, leave behind what no longer serves you, and embrace your vibrant, unstoppable self.

Are you ready to say yes to yourself? Let’s grow together. For more information and to register today (registration closes May 1st) visit  Think Courageously Spring Retreat

What's Deb Reading?

I’m completely captivated by Mel Robbins’ latest book, Let Them. As someone who has spent a lifetime navigating the challenges of people-pleasing and the desire to be liked, this book truly resonates with me on a deep level.

This book is a guide to releasing the need to control others and focus on your own actions and reactions, ultimately leading to greater freedom and peace of mind. The book emphasizes the concept of "Let Them" to stop trying to manage or control others and "Let Me" to focus on your own choices and boundaries.
