What’s Included in the Leadership Academy?

    Full Year access to the Merit Nonprofit On-Line Learning management system for an unlimited number of team members

  • Strategic Planning Call

    A one time 90 minute Zoom Strategic Planning call with Deb or Laura to talk about your learning plan and goals

  • Monthly Merit Session

    One ZOOM meeting per month (12 months) for all your Merit learners with Deb, Laura or another Think Good team member

What is Merit All About?

Merit is an anytime, anywhere microlearning platform just for nonprofits. Merit offers learners 28 learning paths, 84 badges to earn, interactive private workbooks, personal learning paths, an online community, and tons of support. These courses are grouped into the six nonprofit capacity areas measured by the organizational assessment, the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool, or "iCAT."

These core capacities are: leading, learning, resource-generating, managing, overseeing, and planning.

When you register for the Think Good Leadership Academy your organization will receive a full year access to Merit, one 90-minute Strategic Planning call, and 12 Merit Sessions for all your Merit leaners within your organization (1 per a month).

Launching the Think Good Leadership program within your organization will set your nonprofit up as a learning organization. How cool is that?
