Emerging Leaders Learning Circle
Our Emerging Leaders Learning Circle is designed for those with less than two years of experience in leadership roles. This Circle will provide a supportive environment to help participants build essential leadership skills and enhance their confidence as they navigate their roles.
Participants will learn from Deb Stellato, an expert coach who understands the unique challenges faced by emerging leaders in the nonprofit sector. Through peer-to-peer coaching, group discussions, and skill-building exercises, participants will develop the skills and relationships needed to succeed in their roles.
Logistics: Bi-weekly 60 minute sessions via ZOOM for 6 months

Established Leaders Learning Circle
Our Established Leaders Learning Circle is designed for leaders who have more than two years of experience in leadership roles. This Circle, facilitated by Dr. Laura Otten, is tailored to meet the needs of leaders who have already developed essential skills and want to take their leadership to the next level. Participants will learn from expert coaches and their peers, gaining new perspectives, insights, and strategies for success.
The Established Leaders Learning Circle will provide a space for leaders to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive and confidential environment.
