We will utilize the HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) Whole Brain Thinking Inventory to enhance team dynamics, improve communication, foster innovation, and optimize performance by leveraging individuals' diverse thinking styles at the leadership team level.

Individual coaching session for each participant
A half-day Team Debriefing Session
